Introduction
iPhones that won't charge are, unfortunately, very commum. Here are some easy, then harder steps to find out what is wrong with your phone, and how to solve the problem !

Your cable could be bad, try a new one, possibly MFI certified ! (Made For iPhone) Or try a known-good one.

Try a new charging brick, or a known-good one that delivers at least 5V-1A

Check your charging port, it could be really dirty or obstructed

If it looks dirty, you can take the risk to insert a thin tool and try to pry out the dirt. I am not responsible for the harm you could do to your phone !

Try a known-good battery. Replace it if your phone charges again.

Try a known-good Lightning charging port. Replace it if your phone charges again.

If you are still reading, bad news, you probably have a motheboard problem !

It's probably U4500, or Tristar that's causing it, it fails very frequently on iPhones. You'll have to replace it.
