Étienne Geoffroy Saint-Hilaire (* 15. April 1772 in Étampes; † 19. Juni 1844 in Paris) war ein französischer Zoologe. Sein einziger Sohn war der Zoologe Isidore Geoffroy Saint-Hilaire.
