Adamo Giuliano „Adam“ Fantilli (* 12. Oktober 2004 in Toronto, Ontario) ist ein kanadischer Eishockeyspieler, der seit Juli 2023 bei den Columbus Blue Jackets in der National Hockey League unter Vertrag steht. Mit der kanadischen Nationalmannschaft gewann der Center die Goldmedaille bei der Weltmeisterschaft 2023.
