Adam Smith

Adam Smith [smɪθ], FRSA (getauft am 5. Juni^jul. / 16. Juni 1723^greg. in Kirkcaldy, Grafschaft Fife, Schottland; † 17. Juli 1790 in Edinburgh), war ein schottischer Moralphilosoph und Aufklärer und gilt als Begründer der klassischen Nationalökonomie.
