Akkumulation (Wirtschaft)

Als Akkumulation (von lateinisch accumulare, „anhäufen“) wird in der Wachstumstheorie und Volkswirtschaftslehre die Rolle der Produktionsfaktoren für das Wirtschaftswachstum verstanden. In der klassischen Nationalökonomie und im Marxismus wird der Begriff für Erweiterungsinvestitionen verwendet.
