Alberto Socarrás

Alberto Socarrás Estacio (* 19. September 1908 in Manzanillo (Kuba); † 26. August 1987 in New York City) war ein amerikanischer Flötist (auch Klarinettist und Saxophonist) und Orchesterleiter kubanischen Ursprungs, der sowohl lateinamerikanische Musik als auch Jazz spielte. Er führte die Flöte in den Jazz ein.
