Alexander Schmorell

Alexander Schmorell (* 3. September^jul. / 16. September 1917^greg. in Orenburg, Russland; † 13. Juli 1943 in München-Stadelheim) war Mitbegründer der Widerstandsgruppe Weiße Rose. In der russisch-orthodoxen Kirche wird er seit Februar 2012 als Neumärtyrer verehrt und daher auch Alexander von München genannt.
