Friederike Wilhelmine Alexandrine Marie Helene Prinzessin von Preußen (* 23. Februar 1803 in Berlin; † 21. April 1892 in Schwerin) war eine preußische Prinzessin und durch Heirat zunächst Erbgroßherzogin, dann Großherzogin von Mecklenburg im Landesteil Mecklenburg-Schwerin.
