Die Amami-Inseln (jap. 奄美群島, Amami-guntō, auch 奄美諸島, Amami-shotō) sind ein Teil der Ryūkyū-Inseln beziehungsweise der Nansei-Inseln, welche seit 1970 als politische Region existieren.
