Andres Tarand

Andres Tarand (* 11. Januar 1940 in Tallinn) ist ein estnischer Politiker. Er war von 1994 bis 1995 Ministerpräsident der Republik Estland und von 2004 bis 2009 Mitglied des Europäischen Parlaments.
