Arapaho National Forest
Der Arapaho National Forest liegt in den Rocky Mountains des nördlichen Colorados und umfasst eine Fläche von etwa 2929 km². Zusammen mit dem Roosevelt National Forest und dem Pawnee National Grassland bildet er ein als ARP bezeichnetes System mit einer Gesamtfläche von 7420 km². Wie alle National Forests ist er im Bundesbesitz und wird intensiv forstwirtschaftlich genutzt.

Innerhalb des Waldes gibt es diverse Freizeit- und Erholungsangebote. So gibt es vielfältige Wander- und Campingmöglichkeiten. Zudem ist Angeln und Jagen erlaubt und die Berge werden zum Wintersport genutzt.
