Arif Mustafa oğlu Hacılı (deutsche Schreibweise: Arif Mustafa oghlu Hadschili, * 22. Januar 1962 in Zaqatala, Aserbaidschanische SSR) ist ein aserbaidschanischer Politiker und Vorsitzender der Gleichheitspartei (Müsavat Partiyası), die stärkste Oppositionspartei in Aserbaidschan.
