Die Asian Handball Federation (AHF) ist ein kontinentaler Dachverband für nationale Handballverbände in Asien. Ihr gehören 44 Mitgliedsverbände an. Die AHF hat ihren Sitz in Kuwait. Sie ist Mitglied der International Handball Federation (IHF).
