Die Bahnstrecke Grasmere Junction–East Milford ist eine ehemalige Eisenbahnverbindung in New Hampshire (Vereinigte Staaten). Sie ist rund 30 Kilometer lang und verbindet die Städte Pinardville, Amherst und Milford. Die Strecke ist seit 1926 vollständig stillgelegt und abgebaut.
