Ballynahinch (irisch: Baile na hInse, dt.: „Siedlung der Insel/der Wasserwiese“) ist eine nordirische Stadt im County Down. Sie hat 5703 Einwohner (2011 Census). Der District seit 2015 ist Newry, Mourne and Down.
