Bernhard V. (* 1277; † 1341) war der zweite Bernhard zur Lippe auf dem Paderborner Bischofsstuhl. Er gilt als der Schöpfer des mittelalterlichen Territoriums des Bistums Paderborn, des Hochstifts Paderborn.
