Betty Comden

Elizabeth „Betty“ Comden (* 3. Mai 1917 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York; † 23. November 2006 in New York City, New York) war eine US-amerikanische Songschreiberin, Drehbuchautorin und Schauspielerin. In ihrer mehr als 60 Jahre andauernden Zusammenarbeit mit Adolph Green schrieb sie Texte für Broadway-Musicals wie On the Town sowie Drehbücher für Musical-Filme wie Singin’ in the Rain.
