Bilha (hebräisch בִּלְהָה „Furchtsamkeit“; englisch Bilhah) ist eine Frau aus der Bibel, die zu den Mägden im Haushalt des Laban gehörte. Sie hatte eine Halbschwester namens Silpa, die ebenfalls Magd war.
