Bockbier

Das Bockbier gehört zu den Starkbieren. Bockbiere sind ober- oder untergärige Biere, deren Stammwürzegehalt über 16 Grad Plato liegt und der Alkoholgehalt bei 6,5 Vol.-% und darüber. Es gibt sie in hell und dunkel, aber auch als Weizenstarkbier.
