Bolko II. von Münsterberg, auch Boleslaw IV. von Schweidnitz, polnisch Bolko II Ziębicki, (* um 1300; † 11. Juni 1341 in Münsterberg) war 1301–1320 Herzog von Schweidnitz und 1321–1341 erster Herzog von Münsterberg.
