Pleura
Die Pleura (von altgriechisch πλευρά ‚Flanke‘, ‚Rippe‘), deutsch Brustfell, ist eine dünne seröse Haut in der Brusthöhle. Sie überzieht die Lungen und kleidet die Brusthöhle von innen aus. Die Pleura bildet die Pleurahöhle (den Pleuraraum).
