Candita Batista

Candita Batista Batista (* 3. Oktober 1916 in Camagüey, Kuba; † 1. April 2016 ebenda) war eine kubanische Sängerin. Sie war eine bedeutende Vertreterin afrokubanischer Musik. In Kuba sehr bekannt, trat sie auf der ganzen Welt auf, so in Lateinamerika, Europa und Afrika.
