Carlo Azeglio Ciampi
Carlo Azeglio Ciampi (* 9. Dezember 1920 in Livorno, Region Toskana; † 16. September 2016 in Rom) war ein italienischer Politiker und von 1999 bis 2006 Staatspräsident Italiens. Ciampi verzichtete aufgrund seines Alters auf eine erneute Kandidatur, sein Nachfolger wurde Giorgio Napolitano.
