Carnifex (US-amerikanische Band)
Carnifex (lat. für Scharfrichter) ist eine 2005 gegründete Deathcore-Band aus San Diego County, Kalifornien. Bis zu ihrer zwischenzeitlichen Auszeit zwischen 2012 und 2013 stand die Gruppe bei Victory Records unter Vertrag und veröffentlichte dort vier Alben. Zudem erschien 2007 eine EP. Seit 2013 stehen Carnifex bei Nuclear Blast unter Vertrag.
