Chris Patten

Christopher Francis Patten, Baron Patten of Barnes, KG, CH, PC, (chinesisch 彭定康; * 12. Mai 1944 in Cleveleys, Lancashire) ist ein britischer Politiker. Er ist ehemaliger EU-Kommissar und war der letzte Gouverneur von Hongkong. Seit 2003 ist er Kanzler der University of Oxford und seit 2005 Life Peer.
