Contra (Organisation)

Contra ist eine im spanischen Sprachraum verwendete Kurzform für Konterrevolutionär. Insbesondere wird die Bezeichnung Contras für eine ganze Reihe von Guerilla-Gruppierungen verwendet, die ab 1981 die sozialistische sandinistische Regierung Nicaraguas im so genannten Contra-Krieg bekämpften.
