Cozy Powell (* 29. Dezember 1947 in Cirencester, England; † 5. April 1998 in Bristol, England, bürgerlich Colin Flooks) war ein britischer Schlagzeuger, der vor allem in Hardrock- und Heavy-Metal-Bands wie z. B. Rainbow und The Michael Schenker Group spielte.
