Die kraniomandibuläre Osteopathie (auch Cranio-mandibuläre Osteopathie, CMO, oder Osteopathia craniomandibularis hypertrophicans) ist eine erblich bedingte, sehr schmerzhafte Knochenerkrankung des Schädels bei Haushunden, vor allem bei West Highland White Terriern. Die Erkrankung wurde 1958 durch Littleworth erstmals beschrieben.
