Dafydd Elis Elis-Thomas, Baron Elis-Thomas, PC, (* 18. Oktober 1946) ist ein walisischer Politiker und ehemaliger Presiding Officer der National Assembly for Wales von 1999 bis 2011. Er sitzt im House of Lords, ist ehemaliger Parteiführer von Plaid Cymru und seit 2004 Mitglied des Kronrats.
