David Edmond Neuberger, Baron Neuberger of Abbotsbury, PC ([]; * 10. Januar 1948 in London) ist ein britischer Rechtsanwalt. Er war von 2009 bis 2012 Master of the Rolls, der zweithöchste Richter von England und Wales und zuvor ein Lord of Appeal in Ordinary. Von 2012 bis 2017 war er Präsident des Obersten Gerichtshofs des Vereinigten Königreichs.
