David vom Stain (* 1525; † 18. Februar 1565) war Oberhaupt der Bühler Linie der Herren vom Stain in Bühl, heute ein Stadtteil von Tübingen. Er ist Erbauer des Schlosses Bühl und führte die Reformation in Bühl ein.
