Dill, Dille oder Gurkenkraut, auch Dillkraut und Dillfenchel genannt (Anethum graveolens), ist eine Pflanzenart der Gattung Anethum innerhalb der Familie der Doldenblütler (Apiaceae). Sie stammt ursprünglich aus Vorderasien, wird heute jedoch weltweit angebaut.
