Rubanda ist ein Distrikt in Westuganda in Ostafrika. Die Hauptstadt des Distrikts ist Rubanda. Der Distrikt liegt Hoch mit vulkanischen Bergen und Hügeln, die durch V-förmige Täler getrennt sind. Der Bunyonyi-See, der zweittiefste See Afrikas, befindet sich im Distrikt.
