Dong Fang Hong

Dong Fang Hong (Abkürzung DFH; chinesisch 東方紅 / 东方红, Pinyin dōngfāng hóng – „Der Osten ist rot“) bezeichnet einen Typ chinesischer Kommunikationssatelliten. Satelliten dieser Serie wurden sowohl in eine niedrige Erdumlaufbahn wie auch (ab Dong Fang Hong 2-2) in eine geostationäre Bahn transportiert. Sie dienten als Testsatellit (Dong Fang Hong I) und der Telekommunikation.
