Echó (altgriechisch Ἠχώ Ēchṓ, von ἠχή ēchḗ, deutsch ‚Schall‘) ist in der griechischen Mythologie eine Oreade (Bergnymphe). Nach ihr ist das bekannte Phänomen des Echos benannt.
