Edmund Gunter

Edmund Gunter (* 1581 in Hertfordshire; † 10. Dezember 1626 in London) war ein englischer Mathematiker und Astronom. Er war bekannt als Erfinder mathematischer Instrumente und eines Vorläufers des Rechenschiebers.
