Elke Platz-Waury (* 1940) ist eine deutsche Literaturwissenschaftlerin, Autorin und Professorin. Sie war langjährig Vorsitzende des Bundesvorstandes des Verbandes Hochschule und Wissenschaft (vhw) im Deutschen Beamtenbund.
