Elvan Abeylegesse

Elvan Abeylegesse (* 11. September 1982 in Addis Abeba als Hewan Abeye, amharisch አልቫን አበይለገሠ), in der Türkei bekannt als Elvan Can, ist eine türkische Mittel- und Langstreckenläuferin äthiopischer Herkunft, die aufgrund mehrfachen Dopings zuletzt bis zum 28. September 2017 gesperrt war.
