Emil Constantinescu

Emil Constantinescu (* 19. November 1939 in Tighina, Bessarabien, heute Moldawien) ist ein rumänischer Geologe, Hochschullehrer und Politiker. Er war von 1996 bis 2000 Staatspräsident des Landes.
