Erato Kozakou-Markoullis (griechisch Ερατώ Κοζάκου-Μαρκουλλή, auch Kozakou-Marcoullis transkribiert; * 3. August 1949 in Limassol) ist eine zypriotische Politikerin. Sie war zwischen August 2011 und Februar 2013 Außenministerin der Republik Zypern.
