Erazem Lorbek (* 21. Februar 1984 in Ljubljana, SFR Jugoslawien) ist ein ehemaliger slowenischer Basketballspieler. Seine Brüder Domen und Klemen sind ebenfalls professionelle Basketballspieler, ihr gemeinsamer Vater Radovan ist Präsident der Adriatic Basketball Association.
