Der Eyüp Spor Kulübü ist ein türkischer Fußballverein aus dem Istanbuler Bezirk Eyüp und wurde 1919 gegründet. 2024 gelang dem Verein zum ersten Mal der Aufstieg in die türkische erste Liga (Süper Lig).
