Die dritte Ausgabe der FIH Hockey World League startete am 9. April 2016 in Singapur und endete am 10. Dezember 2017 in Bhubaneswar (Indien). Diese Ausgabe dient als Qualifikation für die Feldhockey-Weltmeisterschaft der Damen 2018 in London als auch für die Feldhockey-Weltmeisterschaft der Herren 2018 in Indien.
