Fichtenspargel
Der Fichtenspargel (Monotropa hypopitys, Syn.: Hypopitys monotropa) ist eine Pflanzenart innerhalb der Familie der Heidekrautgewächse (Ericaceae). Er besitzt kein Chlorophyll und kann daher keine Photosynthese betreiben. Als Epiparasit erhält er seine Nährstoffe über Mykorrhiza-Pilze von Bäumen und Sträuchern in der Nähe.
