Frank Serpico

Francesco Vincent „Frank“ Serpico (* 14. April 1936 in Brooklyn, New York City, USA) ist ein ehemaliger Beamter des New York Police Department (NYPD). Im Jahre 1970 sagte er vor einem Untersuchungsausschuss gegen korrupte Kollegen innerhalb der Polizei aus. Durch die Verfilmung Serpico mit Al Pacino (1973) erlangte er große Bekanntheit.
