Friedrich Amelung

Friedrich Ludwig Balthasar Amelung (* 11. März^jul. / 23. März 1842^greg. in Katharina (Meleski), Livland; † 9. März^jul. / 22. März 1909^greg. in Riga) war ein baltischer Industrieller, Schachspieler und Publizist. Zwischen 1889 und 1901 gab er die Baltischen Schachblätter heraus.
