Fulke Greville, 1. Baron Brooke (* 3. Oktober 1554 in Beauchamp Court bei Alcester, Warwickshire; † 30. September 1628 in Warwick Castle) war ein britischer Staatsmann, Parlamentsmitglied und Schriftsteller (Lyrik, Drama, Prosa). Er war der Biograph von Philip Sidney.
