Göyçay (aserbaidschanisch „blauer Fluss“) ist eine Stadt in Aserbaidschan in der Schirwan-Steppe am rechten Ufer des Flusses Göyçay. Sie ist administratives Zentrum des gleichnamigen Verwaltungsbezirkes. Die Stadt hat etwa 37.300 Einwohner (Stand: 2021).
