Geflügelsalat ist ein Fleischsalat bzw. Feinkostsalat mit gekochtem oder gebratenem Geflügelfleisch mit einer Salatsauce oder Mayonnaise und anderen Zutaten.

Ein klassischer Geflügelsalat ist der Carmen-Salat.
