Georg Balthasar Wohlfahrt (* 11. Juni 1607 in Schweinfurt; † 31. Januar 1674 ebenda) war ein deutscher Arzt und Mitgründer der Academia Naturae Curiosorum, der späteren Deutschen Akademie der Naturforscher Leopoldina.
